Micro-Financing Model (MIFM)

MIFM is a Jordanian Non-profit organization, working closely on-field to provide microfinancing products which are suitable for the requirements and needs of SMEs.

MIFM had been relying on manual processes and paperwork to manage their daily routine activities and business flows. In addition, they were using a legacy financial system which was outdated, un-scalable, and did not cover all their requirements and expectations. We worked together with them to develop two systems. The first one was to automate their business workflows, and the second was a financial system.

Challenges

  • Create a system which manages their day-to-day processes, including business workflows.
  • Build a financial system which covers all the new products of Islamic Micro financing, and generates all the financial transactions automatically.
  • Implement the new management and financial system.

WordPress, the most known open source Content Management System (CMS) was used to design the website. With better flexibility and control over content, the website attracted more customers over a short period of time, and it represents the most valuable assets in the company marketing tools.
